Each grape is hand-picked and carefully selected. Only the most beautiful grapes can continue their journey and wait in the silence of a tuff cave for their complete maturation, thus turning into Drengot wines.
Drengot has courageously chosen to use only Asprinio grapes from the few remaining hectares
that are still cultivated according to tradition.
This allows us to produce only very few, precious bottles of pure Asprinio.
