Drengot in Giappone: due gli appuntamenti per l’evento Borsa vini e un seminario con protagonisti Asprinio e Sushi
Settimana impegnativa quella che sta per arrivare. Drengot sarà infatti tra i protagonisti dell’evento Borsa Vini in Giappone, che si terrà il prossimo 15 ottobre a Kyoto e il 17 ottobre a Tokyo.
L’ICE, l’Agenzia per la promozione all’estero e l’internazionalizzazione delle imprese italiane, ha organizzato l’evento in collaborazione con l’Ambasciata d’Italia a Tokyo. La finalità è quella di promuovere le eccellenze del vino italiano in Giappone.
Negli ultimi anni, i consumatori giapponesi hanno mostrato elevate competenze e attenzione alla qualità dei prodotti. Nel primo semestre del 2018, il vino italiano si è aggiudicato un 11,6 % del valore complessivo delle importazioni. Il Giappone, quindi, rappresenta un mercato importante per le aziende italiane che, sempre più numerose, propongono i loro prodotti sul mercato.
Partecipare a questa iniziativa è un’opportunità che consente ai produttori italiani di stabilire nuove relazioni commerciali, consolidando i vecchi contatti. Drengot sarà presente con il suo Asprinio di Aversa, nell’impegno, ormai assunto negli ultimi anni, di far conoscere al mondo uno degli immensi patrimoni verdi della Campania.
L’Asprinio, con le sue viti alte 15 metri, è infatti il padre dello spumante italiano, una perla che i giapponesi hanno dimostrato di apprezzare. Compito di Drengot, quindi, sarà quello di rafforzare l’interesse estero nei confronti di questo bene prezioso e favorire l’ingresso del prodotto nel mercato nipponico.
Seminario Asprinio-sushi
Ma non è tutto. Drengot, in collaborazione con l’Associazione Italo-Giapponese con sede a Tokyo, ha organizzato per il 18 ottobre 2019, presso il Goethe Institute di Akasaka, un seminario finalizzato alla riscoperta della cultura del cibo e degli abbinamenti con l’Asprinio di Aversa.
Al seminario parteciperanno, oltre ad Alberto Verde, fondatore di Drengot, anche Fusako Sakurai, Amministratrice dell’Associazione Italo-Giapponese, e Daisuke Okada, maestro di sushi giapponese, oltre che scrittore del libro “Seasonal Home Sushi”. Si tratta di un incontro finalizzato non solo a introdurre il sushi locale in tutto il Paese, nella difesa delle tradizioni culinarie, ma anche una preziosa occasione per sperimentare l’abbinamento Asprinio/Sushi.
Il metodo di coltivazione dell’Alberata Aversana sarà raccontato ai partecipanti all’evento e sarà l’occasione per assaggiare l’abbinamento tra questo meraviglioso vino e il sushi, un patrimonio immateriale dell’UNESCO, che il Giappone vanta nel mondo.
